Don't miss you chance to attend Archeology Days are scheduled for Saturday & Sunday, July 10th and 11th at the Mitchell Prehistoric Indian Village in Mitchell, SD.
Open 10 AM - 5 PM, you and your family canparticipate in hands-on events: Kids Dig, Hands on Pottery Making, Native Technology Demonstrations including Flintnapping, Pottery Construction, Atlatl Spear Throwing, Use of Native Plants, Artifact Displays, Tours of the Thomsen Center Archeodome and Boehnen Museum.
Excavations are also underway by an international team of archeologists and students from Exeter University in Exeter England!
